The practice is led by experienced litigator Gabriel S. Spooner, who will practice in Costa Mesa, California, and serve consumers statewide.

Mr. Spooner brings a unique and strategic advantage to Pond Lehocky’s clients. For the first 18 years of his legal career, he served as a civil litigator at a leading Am Law 200 national defense firm. During that time, he handled all aspects of complex, high-stakes litigation through trial and appeal in California state and federal courts, as well as other jurisdictions. His practice at Pond Lehocky will focus on representing plaintiffs, specifically injured individuals, leveraging the knowledge and perspective gained from his defense work to advocate effectively against corporate and insurance entities.
