Tristela Capital Partners has acquired Pediatric Group of Acadiana and its affiliated management services organization, Independent Physician Services, creating a new healthcare platform focused on expanding pediatric care access and supporting growth across underserved communities in South Central Louisiana.
Nashville, TN September 08, 2026 –(PR.com)– Tristela Capital Partners, a Nashville-based healthcare independent sponsor firm, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Pediatric Group of Acadiana (“PGOA”) and its affiliated management services organization, Independent Physician Services (“IPS”).
The transaction was financed with both debt and equity from True West Capital Partners, which invested alongside another prominent investment firm, as well as the Tristela principals. Polsinelli served as legal counsel to Tristela Capital Partners on the transaction, and LBMC provided financial due diligence services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, PGOA is a leading provider of pediatric primary care across South Central Louisiana’s Acadiana region, operating 14 outpatient and 3 inpatient locations, with 33 providers and approximately 130 employees. IPS provides staffing and administrative support across the Company’s network, as well as to regional partners.
