Jiangmen City,Guangdong,China-October 22, 2026

From 13 to 15 October 2026, our manager led our sales team to HOTELEX Shenzhen 2026, the Shenzhen International Hotel and Catering Expo, held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Bao’an and running alongside the fourth Connexion ShenZhen joint expo. We spent the three days on the categories we work in, and on the questions our customers are likely to bring to us in the season ahead.

HOTELEX Shenzhen 2026 at a Glance
The exhibition is built around four directions the organisers set for this edition: expanding export business, smart supply-chain procurement, retail channel development and new product launches. In scale, it gathered more than 2,000 exhibiting companies from China and overseas, and through the joint expo platform it is presented to more than 120,000 professional buyers and visitors. The co-located fourth Connexion ShenZhen runs two theme exhibitions side by side, one covering catering, hotel, furniture, health and lifestyle, and one covering food processing and packaging, catering equipment and commercial appliances. For the first time the organisers moved the show into October, so that it runs alongside the Canton Fair and captures the fourth-quarter buying window.
The floor covers ten segments: coffee and tea, beverages, food and catering ingredients, catering equipment, tableware, private label and OEM manufacturing, bakery and light meals, alcohol, gifts and lifestyle products, and group catering supply chains.

Tools, Tableware, Packaging and Craft
Two of the ten segments are given over to tableware, and to private label and OEM manufacturing: the first covering professional tableware for hotels, restaurants and bars, the second the design, branding and packaging work behind own-label ranges. Alongside them, the coffee and tea, beverage, alcohol and gifts and lifestyle areas carried much of the visual weight on the floor, while the joint expo’s second theme exhibition covered food processing and packaging, the part of the chain that decides how a product is packed, protected and presented before it ships.

Much of what held our attention was craft rather than scale. More than 20 international competitions and industry forums opened on day one, and the competition programme alone ran across coffee, trend beverages, cooking, pizza, chocolate and bakery, from coffee and spirits and Coffee Cupping championships to a latte art qualifier, a trend beverage qualifier, an international pizza masters round and a craft chocolate competition. Competitions of that kind are where a tool is judged by how it performs in someone’s hands rather than by how it looks on a shelf. In the consumer-facing zones, including the coffee and food culture festival and the tea culture festival, brands demonstrated production techniques on site and staged finished pieces the way they are presented to end customers. The forum programme covered supply-chain globalisation, tea and coffee innovation, bakery upgrades, chain operations and digital enablement.

Export Signals for Buyers Sourcing Barware and Coffee Tools
The export programme carried the clearest message for anyone sourcing from China. Opening-day matchmaking sessions were organised by channel rather than by product category, covering chain restaurants, supermarkets and retail, restaurant groups, tea and coffee brands, overseas purchasing teams and supply-chain service providers, and organised buyer delegations came from Hainan, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dongguan. The joint expo frames the whole visit as a single trade platform, running from raw material supply and manufacturing through to finished products, which is the same consolidation logic that sits behind most multi-category purchase lists.
For overseas buyers, the practical signal is the calendar. The October slot sits directly ahead of the Canton Fair, and hotels, bars and cafes tend to confirm their fourth-quarter and next-season programmes in exactly this window. The forum programme picked up the same theme, with supply-chain globalisation and cross-border sessions running alongside the tea, coffee and bakery tracks.

Why We Attended, and What It Means for Our Work
We went with three questions in mind: how product design is evolving in the categories we produce, which technologies and processes are actually being applied on the production side, and what buyers from different regions are prioritising this season. A show of this kind answers those questions faster than a stack of reports does, because the samples are in your hands, finishes can be compared side by side, and the people standing around a demonstration are often the same people who will write the next specification.
The design answer matters most to us. We release new models every year rather than holding a fixed catalogue, and that habit only holds up if the designs come from the market rather than from our own assumptions. Seeing which shapes, finishes and formats are gaining ground, and hearing how working professionals describe the tools they use daily, is what keeps a yearly development cycle honest. It is also where new categories begin: a gap noticed on the floor is a gap we can test with a sample before committing tooling and production time to it.

The technique answer is quieter, but it is just as practical. Competitions and live demonstrations expose the standards working professionals hold their equipment to, such as how a tool feels after repeated use, how a finish wears at the edges, and how a pour or a seal behaves under pressure. Detail of that kind rarely appears in a specification sheet, yet it is often the difference between a product that passes inspection and a product that gets reordered.
The third question, regional demand, is the one that shapes how we sell. Buyers in different markets ask for different combinations of material, finish, packaging and order size, and the export and procurement programme at the show was the fastest way to hear several of those positions in the same week. It also served as a reminder that understanding the market is part of the service we sell. A supplier who knows how a category is moving can help a customer assemble a purchase list that holds together as a whole, rather than handing over a pile of unrelated items and leaving the buyer to reconcile them.

Who We Are: Barware and Coffee Equipment for Global Buyers
We are Jiangmen Hoffee Hotel Supplies CO., LTD., a manufacturer and trading supplier of barware and coffee equipment, serving customers in markets worldwide. Our coffee range covers commercial and retail needs, from latte art pitchers, coffee portafilters, moka pots, pour-over kettles and tampers through to the smaller tools that sit alongside them, while our retail and gift lines include grinders, French presses, siphon brewers, cold drip towers and storage canisters. On the bar side we make cocktail shakers, jiggers, strainers, Bar Spoons, metal wine cups, drinkware accessories and Moscow mule mugs, and our kitchen and table lines cover lemon squeezers, fruit and vegetable tools and pizza tools.
Everything above can be delivered as a bulk production run or as a brand customisation developed together with the customer, and our products serve cafes, coffee brands, hotels, bars and restaurants.

One-Stop Sourcing and Multi-Category Purchase Lists
Alongside single-category production, we work as a one-stop procurement partner. In practice that means combined sets across categories, so a buyer can group barware, coffee equipment, kitchen tools and drinkware in one order rather than five, and bulk execution of multi-category purchase lists, including mixed containers where the mix is planned around the season rather than around a single SKU. We also work with professional buyers including wineries, branded restaurants and bartending training academies.

Samples and Next-Season Programmes
If you are planning a next-season range, or building a first order across several categories, tell us your categories, target market and volumes. We will send samples and our catalogue and come back with options. OEM and private-label projects are developed item by item, with MOQ and lead time confirmed against the specific product rather than from a generic table.
Trade shows are where an industry shows its hand. Our work is to translate what we see there into products and supply that hold up in your market, at your volumes, with your branding.
